NAK80 steel is a pre-hardened plastic mold steel with a factory hardness of HRC38-43. It has excellent polishing and carving properties. The steel's outstanding feature is that it becomes soft after solution treatment (i.e. quenching), allowing it to be cold worked. After being made into a mold, it is then aged, which not only enhances its performance but also reduces heat treatment deformation.

The steel's outstanding feature is that it becomes soft after solution treatment (i.e., quenching), allowing it to be cold worked. After being made into a mold, it is then aged to enhance its performance and reduce heat treatment deformation.
2. Main features: No need for heat treatment, excellent polishing performance, good cutting and etching properties, pure steel after vacuum degassing and refining, and electroslag ESR remelting.
