Supply in pre-hardened state without heat treatment
Factory hardness can reach 37-41hrc. Mold factory without any heat treatment can be directly processed, completely avoid the heat treatment of deformation, decarburization risk, greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle.
Excellent engraving performance and smooth etching surface

Status of supply and processing
Supply status: pre-hardened state supply, hardness 37-41hrc. In the form of flat steel blank, size can be customized according to demand.No heat treatment: no quenching and other traditional heat treatment.
Can be age hardening: if due to welding or long-term use caused by a slight decrease in hardness, can be through special aging treatment (such as heating to 500-550 °C and holding time) to restore some of the hardness.
