Simplified pinhole system

The simplified pinhole mold base (also known as the double/multi-parting surface mold base) is a simplified version of the pinhole mold base. Standard length and width specifications range from 150mm x 150mm (referred to as the 1515 series) to 500mm x 700mm (referred to as the 5070 series). The simplified pinhole mold base eliminates the four sets of tie rods, and the AB plate guide posts are replaced with four sets of long guide posts extending from the sprue plate to the square iron. The mold base is divided into two types: F-type and G-type. The F-type has a sprue push plate, while the G-type does not. Since there is no push plate between the A and B plates, there are only two types, A and C. In addition to the I-type and H-type molds, there are a total of eight different models and specifications, allowing moldmakers to configure different plate thickness combinations to meet product requirements.

Large shroud system

Large sprue mold bases (also known as single-parting surface mold bases) have standard length and width dimensions ranging from 150mm x 150mm (referred to as the 1515 series) to 600mm x 800mm (referred to as the 6080 series). They are divided into four models: A, B, C, and D, depending on the different combinations of A-plates, B-plates, push-plates, and support plates. The mold bases are divided into three types: I-type molds, straight molds (H-type molds), and straight molds with faceplates (T-type molds), depending on the different mold stacking structures.
